Mintera delivers on its roadmap - revolutionary 40Gb/s test & measurement products LOWELL, Mass.— February 16, 2004 -- Mintera Corporation, the leader in 40G optical transport solutions, today announced the introduction of the MI-T4300 electrical and optical 40Gb/s test and measurement modules. Designed for Mintera's versatile MI 40000 platform, the test modules will be demonstrated for the first time at the OFC conference in Los Angeles, California next week in booth #2306. “The MI-T4300 brings unprecedented price/performance to the Bit Error Rate tester market” said Dr. Terry Unter, Mintera President & CEO. “Beginning with a sophisticated electrical 40G BER tester and extending to a very flexible optical equivalent, engineers and scientists can finally equip their labs with the necessary instruments for their 40 Gb/s projects. The modules are packaged with a MI 40000 platform and Mintera's graphical user interface software” he added. Mintera's MI4010S long-haul 40Gb/s transport product, which is based on the MI 40000 platform, will also be on display at the show as well. This product, generally available since November 2003, has been received with great enthusiasm by service providers and labs worldwide.
